We are looking to recruit a Part-Time admin assistant to join our team.
Our office is based in UK Sports Hub, Unit 2C Welkin Mill, Welkin Road, Stockport, SK6 2BH.
2 minutes drive from M60.
5 minute walk from local bus routes.
Details:
10 - 20 hours per week - Hours may be flexible.
Pay depending on experience.
The role will involve:
• Providing administrative support to the team.
• Document storage and data entry.
• Maintain computer and manual filing systems.
• Direct interaction with senior leadership team on a variety of issues.
• Office management assistance (including scanning, printing, formatting and filing documents, meeting and greeting clients and answering telephone calls & emails.
• Organise and schedule appointments.
• Arranging weekly, monthly and termly rotas.
• Problem solving and fact finding
• Compiling amd maintaining records and business transactions
• Answering customer queries and excellent customer service skills and in a timely manner
• Provide business support
•Working from our head office
The ideal person will have:
• Proven admin or assistant skills.
• Good IT Skills including Microsoft excel and word.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
